JavaScript runtime Deno launches v1.40 with enhanced features, paving the way for Deno 2

Deno, the JavaScript runtime known for its productivity, security, and performance, has recently launched version 1.40, marking a significant progression in its evolution. The new release comes equipped with an array of features designed to augment the Deno experience.

Among the new additions is the robust Temporal API, designed for sophisticated date and time operations. The latest decorator syntax has also been incorporated, allowing for more expressive code.
