Apple Fitness+ rolls out sound meditation, golf workout program, and celebrity podcasts
Apple has announced a series of updates to its subscription service, Apple Fitness+. The service, which offers a range of workouts including HIIT, yoga, meditation, cycling, and mindful exercises, will be introducing new features starting Monday, January 8.
The updates include a new sound meditation theme and a workout program titled 'Strength, Core, and Yoga for Golfers'. This program will feature Rose Zhang, a record-breaking athlete and rising star in the world of golf.
Apple Fitness+ is also launching new workouts as part of its Artist Spotlight series. These workouts will celebrate the countdown to the Apple Music Super Bowl LVIII Halftime Show, with a special focus on the artist USHER.
In addition, the Time to Walk feature of the service will introduce new guests such as Al Roker, Trixie Mattel, Lilly Singh, Common, and Colman Domingo. In a first for the service, select Time to Walk episodes will be made available on Apple Podcasts. These episodes can be accessed in the 21 countries where Apple Fitness+ is available, with or without a Fitness+ subscription.
