Distrobox 1.5.0 released with NVIDIA GPU container support and more

Distrobox, the free and open source tool that allows users to use any Linux distribution inside their terminal, has released version 1.5.0 with some exciting new features.

One of the most significant updates in this release is NVIDIA GPU support for containers. This means that Distrobox will attempt to share the host's drivers with the container, making it much easier to run GPU-intensive applications within the container.

In addition to this, the new version of Distrobox brings a new additional-packages flag in create, which allows users to directly add packages during initialization. This feature can save users time and effort by automating the process of installing packages. Another new addition is the distrobox-assemble command, which lets users declare their distroboxes-as-code in an easy config file.

The new release also includes improvements to reliability and bug fixes. Init now supports systemd containers using the --additional-packages systemd flag during creation. This feature makes it easier for users to manage their containers and ensures that they run smoothly.

Distrobox is a powerful tool that has been designed to make it easier for users to test and work with Linux distributions. With the latest release, it has become even more versatile and user-friendly, making it an essential tool for anyone who works with Linux.
