Debian 12.4 “Bookworm” has been released with many bug fixes and security updates

Debian has announced the release of Debian 12.4, following the delay of Debian 12.3 due to a data corruption issue in the ext4 file system found in kernel 6.1.64-1. Debian 12.4 will replace the delayed Debian 12.3.

The fourth update of this stable distribution Debian 12, code-named , Debian 12.4 includes kernel-image-6.1.0-15 (6.1.66), along with several other bug fixes. The release primarily provides corrections for security issues and makes a few adjustments for serious problems. Security advisories related to these issues have been published separately and are referenced where available.

It's important to note that Debian 12.4 is not a new version of Debian 12. Instead, it only updates some of the packages included in the distribution.
