Telegram rolls out major update with improved replies and enhanced stories

Telegram, the widely-used messaging platform, has unveiled a major update to its service, introducing several new features designed to improve user experience. Notably, the update allows users to quote specific parts of messages when replying, making responses more precise. This is done by simply tapping the quote, which then highlights the exact part of the original message.

The update also allows users to send replies to other chats, facilitates quote formatting to any text, and provides more control over link previews in messages. Furthermore, users can access all settings when replying, forwarding messages, or including links in a reply via new tabs in the menu.

For Telegram Premium users, further customization of accounts is possible, including changing the color of the user's name, links sent, and replies to messages. The update also enhances the Stories feature, enabling users to fast-forward and rewind videos by sliding right or left on the screen.
