Version 65 of Firefox can be installed on Windows via an MSI installer

Mozilla will offer the option to install version 65 or later of its flagship Firefox installer using an MSI installer on Windows.

MSI installers are especially useful for system administrators in a business environment that need to deploy software installations or updates through utilities such as Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. These MSI package installations can be customized to meet the specific needs and permissions of users' networks. These customizations can be found on Mozilla's official Firefox for Enterprise support site.

Version 65 of Mozilla Firefox is targeted for release in January of 2019.
