Join.me is a quick, no-registration-required (for the free features) remote controlling / screen & file sharing program from the makers of LogMeIn. All you need to start sharing is start the app (don't even need to install if if you don't want to) from "https://join.me", and send the code to whoever needs to see your screen. Well, it might seem a good alternative to Logmein or Ammyy Admin http://alternativeto.net/software/ammyy-admin/ but it definitely lacks connection security. Anyone can connect to your PC by randomly putting in the session number and control your computer.

Mu resume - good app for a short and not important open meetings, unfortunately that's all i can say about it. Pro IT people won't use it!

As I've already said try Ammyy Admin http://alternativeto.net/software/ammyy-admin/ or Logmein http://alternativeto.net/software/loqmein/ instead.

The "Share" function uses a downloadable program, which is available for Windows or Mac, but not for Linux, indeed. The "Join" function, however, uses Flash. So this part does work on Linux.

I discovered this program today. It really is a nice alternative to TeamViewer.
