about Eraser and WipeDisk, WipeFile Oct 2012

I really prefer Open-Source, but in this case I stick with the freeware alternatives WipeDisk and WipeFile.
Slight, easy, safe, and it asks me at least twice, if I really want to wipe the specific folders/disks (just in case).

Since version 6.x, Eraser became a useless piece of bloat, a CPU and RAM hog, that requires to run all the time in the background in order to work for the system integration (recycle bin and context menu). It needs almost 30MB in idle state for that. Also, users cannot choose the shredding method on the fly anymore as it was in the past versions. Now they first have to go to preferences of the main window. This really sucks and I uninstalled it. Now using version 5.87 again, which is slim and fast and does the job much better.
