    • It's free, it's efficient, it's open source and it's highly customizable. I was surprised how good my enlarged pictures looked once I played with the settings somewhat. I have tried other software but this was the best one yet. The only downside is that there is no batch mode.

Its unique algorithm - S-Spline Max, makes it different. Appearently it has the best performence for enlarging.

Really good tool. I use it a lot to enlarge personal photos and images like wallpapers and stuff. It has 12 different algorithms that can be customized, it's only a question of finding the best one to suit your needs. Unfortunately it's a commercial software, but give the trial version a try and see for yourself.
