Version 0.20 from 10.10.2016 was the last, it seems. Does not work in ubuntu 16.04.03 - no way to open settings in GUI. No way to edit settings via call to xneur / gxneur in console.

What is XNeur?
A program for change keyboard layout for selected text or just in time when typing (automatically or by hotkey). English, German, Armenian, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Czech, Georgian, Greek, Estonian, French, Kazakh, Lithuanian, Latvian, Polish, Moldovan (Romanian), Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Uzbek languages are supported.

Does not work anymore, it seems. Ubuntu 16.04.03, no way to open settings. Perhaps, it was good - a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away. Or compile from source & waste #suchmuch time.
