This is a shareware, not a freeware, unfortunately! The best algorithm is "non local means", it gives really really good results, way better than the denoisers created by Akvis and Topaz (for example), and NLM is also easier to use! The counterpart is its slowness, but this is quite usual when it comes to denoising. The developper has planned to use the GPU ("todo") to accelerate calculations, but the last version is more than two years old, so don't rely too much on this hope.
