I love WalkMe as a product manager. My company was orignally looking for an onboarding and support tool and after purchasing WalkMe I started looking into what else it could do. I loved that the training team could build quick solutions themselves without requesting them from my team so we could focus on the core product. I've found the visual analytics amazing to learn what features are doing well and identify gaps in our product that I wouldn't have otherwise known unless we got customer complaints. It's awesome to easily survey my users for NPS and see that number go up as we make improvements. The A.I. engine is super cool to prompt users at the right time to tell them about features that they have missed and decrease churn or proactively give them support when they need it. No other tool that we considered can do what WalkMe can do. It's not just balloons on a screen. It is more expensive than some alternatives but I would say we have seen a huge ROI and don't think we would have been at this stage of our growth if it wasn't for purchasing WalkMe a year ago.
