Mostly, it just removes the vowels from your tweets. I don't recommend using this unless you REALLY can't figure out a way to keep your messages short. The result is usually still readable, but sometimes, the shortened tweet looks like it was written by a hobo with a 1st-grade education and no knowledge of the English alphabet.
