Too damn expensive

I'll admit right now that I've never used Things before. And considering the price tag, I probably won't be using it anytime soon, either. The cost of the Mac app, iPad app, and iPhone app added together is about $77. That's about $72 more than I'm willing to pay for a todo list.

The app for iOS (phone) is very nice: the user interface is very easy to use and not frustrating or weird like so many other task apps. Did miss a dark mode. But when you manage tasks you want to add/edit them via all your devices, I always need access via my desktop (less fiddly when editing / adding a lot of stuff). They do have a app for macos, but that will cost you 50 bucks. The app for your phone is 10 dollars, and yes, another separate app for your iPad for 20 dollars. Sorry, but that (80 dollars total!) is just too much, no matter how great the interface is / many options it offers. I'll stick with ticktick for now.

Started out good..

This is a great program, but the amount of inovations/new functions after its release has been close to 0. Its not keeping up with all the other competitors.
Adding collaboration with other people would probably close up the gap to all the other GTD apps out there.
