Taskbar Shuffle is a simple, small, free utility that lets you drag and drop your Windows taskbar buttons to rearrange them.
Allows you to rearrange your system tray icons by dragging and dropping as well.
No need to get all nervous when an application crashes or if you need to reboot; you can reorder your programs exactly as they were anytime by just dragging and dropping them directly within your Windows taskbar!

I remember using this on Windows XP and found it too much. For those who want to use on XP still works very well. When I migrated to Windows 7 it already had Shuffle or I kept using this program, now I don't remember. But either way, Windows 7 will shuffle in either case.
Awesome little program.
At work being able to keep all my software organized in a certain way saves so much time and spares me tons of aggravation especially in situations where shit needs to be done now and I’m on the phone with someone looking over my shoulder.
When the taskbar gets rearranged having to sift through the programs and remember the location of three or four programs is not enjoyable especially when the issue would normally be a simple one to fix.
This program defiantly deserves props and donations.
