What is SpicyKeys?

With SpicyKeys, you can select files/folders in File Explorer and press a hotkey to either open them in a predefined program or move/copy them to a predefined destination. It can also just run a program when a hotkey is pressed and ignore anything selected. A config file defines the hotkeys and programs/destinations.
