If you want this program, it is not ready-to-install. You have to build it first. If you aren’t a programmer or you want a program that you can just install and have it work, you are stuck with the compact World Clock, the shell script TZWatch, or Gnome Clocks which also includes a stopwatch and timer. The first two are somewhat customizable, but not very accurate and use an out-of-date database. Gnome Clocks is more accurate, but is very large on the desktop with unnecessarily large icons and no way to customize the interface. Why do Linux programmers even bother?
