I touched all the feature in this trail. I found this app quite good for the companies who do not have full time system admin and having some knowledge. of system.
There were few things where this app is not able to do following things
Need improvement at installation side and logging.
need more simplified dashboard
connection to remote server is very slow and things happing slow.
I Can create only VPS by Digital Ocean, but available other servers
6 .alerts - only disk/memory/ cpu, if i install LAMP/LEMP how can add basic application monitor checks
I did take some time to review
I find it very similar to webmin, was that your idea? or just coincidence ;)
It would be a good idea to offer the option to change or map another ports, just my two cents
Also a good idea, is to present to the user what's being installed on each solution stack, and offer console access
I don't know if that was the case, but I created a Debian 10 server for testing and to be able to add the ServerSuit platform.
I installed some packages on the site, created a simple schedule for testing and getting the necessary access.
I had a problem with SSH for the server to recognize on the site, because I needed to make a virtual server on the router to change the internal route to the server.
It was fun, now I will take advantage and improve the server to create a lab with Linux and Windows server on a VM.
Adding alert rules take a long time, as I type this they are still pending.. that might mean there is an issue in the backend?
Other than that I like the script that installs the agent and the setup does seem to run smoothly. I would like to apply for the Remote System Administration position.
