I should start off by saying that Reamaze has excellent customer support. They'll go the extra mile to make sure you're happy and equipped to embrace customer service. And that's the whole premise of Reamaze, they want to make customer service work for your business rather than just be a cost center. They listen to your feedback and makes sure it's applicable to all their customers. Reamaze is a great helpdesk, a great live chat solution, and a great way to engage customers automatically, which makes it a great way to grow revenue.

The best thing about any software app is the support you get while using it. This company redefines amazing customers service. Probably why they have this name. The product itself is solid. No fuss. Simple pricing. Feature packed. But the service... That's on a whole other level compared to companies like intercom, freshdesk, or zendesk.

We've been using Reamaze for roughly a year now and love the platform in every way possible. It's extremely thoughtful with its features, very easy to implement, and Reamaze offers great customer service. We switched to Reamaze from intercom after trying Freshdesk and Zendesk (which don't offer features to help with sales and marketing). Those two solutions are really only helpdesks. Reamaze is more than a helpdesk because it's closer to intercom than anything else. Simple pricing is icing on the cake.

If you're looking for a helpdesk platform with customer messaging capabilities, Reamaze is pretty near perfect. Just like intercom, Reamaze offers shared inbox for live chat, email, and social media. You can also view how many customers are on your website or app and message them automatically. There's also FAQ centers that you can deploy. Reasonable pricing with great customer support.

It's a bit more than I need at the moment but they took their time to invite me to a demo and explain the app, which I appreciated.

Great platform with tons of tools that I need and none of the stuff that I don't. Used to use Zendesk and a few other tools but I'm eCommerce so Re:amaze is actually the right choice.

I use Reamaze as a help desk for my customers. What I really love about Reamaze is that when I ask them for help, their prompt and personalized responses show that they truly live and breathe customer service

Awesome platform with free KB/FAQ, CRM, etc. I use Reamaze for web chat after switching away from Intercom and having tried Drift. Reamaze does most of what intercom does but still retains easy helpdesk features. Try it out!

Really good stuff all around from the team at Reamaze. Great product and service from their team. When my store first launched, we had no developers to help. Their team offered great service and got our chat deployed perfectly.
