What is QuickNote by Sanketlipi?

QuickNote is a .txt and .rtf note editor and organiser. It does not use a database; instead, notes are saved as separate files. So one can access them with windows explorer. It shows all the subfolders under the working directory as nodes and subnodes in a tree-view pane. Files under the selected folder are shown in the second pane. From there, one can open a file by double-clicking in the third pane. It supports multiple tabs.

Tested v0.38.13 (dated 30-Jan-2020)

On Github "releases" page it is listed as a "Release" I would call it early experimental. Certaintly not ALPHA ... and definitly not BETA
This program is far from completed, with lots of incomplete features and basic bugs.

Developer has requested user-comments be lodged on AlternativeTo.net which IMO is inappropriate.
I suspect the devr. does not know how to use Github for the development process.
The Github project has no recorded Issues ... and the README.md contains one word "quicknote"
So far "QuickNote" by sanketlipi . . . is unusable.

In my trial TXT I have listed 8 major shortcomings just to start with.
To be lodged as Issues in Github.

I do not want to crush the developers enthusiasm , but this "entry" is the only way to contact him/her o---------------o
tested in Sandboxie . . . QuickNote (by sanketlipi) is an installer only
VirusTotal scan result.
