ghostery offers advanced settings in which even less advanced users can easily stop tracking. Even the default mode is almost good... but still I prefer the block everything so I can enjoy the net as it is meant to be: free.
Better makes the web safer, lighter, and faster by blocking tracking and other malicious web content, enforcing the principles of the Ethical Design Manifesto. How is Better different? • Blocks tracking scripts, tracking pixels, and behavioural advertising.
1Blocker is the fastest and most powerful Safari content blocker that improves your browsing experience by blocking ads, trackers, and other unwanted content, such as popups, cookie notices, comments, and more.
Just as webpages grew bloated with ads, so too have ad blockers grown bloated with little-used filtering rules and features that sap their would-be speed and hog your computer or device’s disk space, CPU cycles, and memory.
