I recently discovered the Powertoys.
The PowerRename is very useful as well as the FancyZone !
I'm going to get to know it but I already love it !

I have been waiting for a window manager like this for windows for years. Very intuitive and easy to use. Custom templates are quickly made. Multi-monitor support is there, although switching layouts on the fly is a bit of a hassle in multi-monitor-setups currently.
