Comments about Pathman as an Alternative to Path Editor (Open Source)
I found an old command tool called PATHED (https://code.google.com/archive/p/pathed/) that has more options than PATHMAN. It may be old, but PATHED works well and provides the added ability to display all current path entries. PATHED works perfectly from the command line or in a batch file.
