Partita 2000 Alternatives

    Partita 2000 is described as 'tiny boot manager with a Y2K patch for old BIOSes. It features a timed autoboot and can automatically change partition type to hidden for selected partitions when loading a given OS' and is an app in the OS & Utilities category. There are more than 10 alternatives to Partita 2000 for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, Mac, BSD and Solaris. The best alternative is GRUB, which is both free and Open Source.
