This application is perfect for small companies who needs free helpdesk system in order to help their customers. The customers don't have to register to create a ticket. They just need a valid e-mail address. This one also has a knowledge base system to help out with common problems.


Is a very good help desk support system, but it lacks business days option for SLA's. Only 24x7.
