This helps bring it closer to being part of the platform on which it runs. It also comes with full support for both portrait and landscape mode.
Full duplex contacts integration
OpenWhatsapp integrates well with both, your own phone contacts and WhatsApp contacts, providing you with seamless updates for contact names, profile pictures and statuses.
Go Groups
Create groups, join groups, update group subject and picture. Upon successful registration, OpenWhatsapp fetches groups that you previously joined so that you could immediately continue that discussion you started before.
Share Media
Easily share images, videos, music, your location and even contacts with your friends. Share either directly from inside OpenWhatsapp or externally from any other application that supports sharing.
No Limits
OpenWhatsapp also brings extra features. Easily hide your online status and stay invisible. Useful if you want to stay connected while not letting your friends know you've read their messages. Also profile picture albums shows you current friend's profile picture as well as their previous pictures.
