The client to my previous employer paid for a certain number of Redgate licenses. And I must admit, Redate is top shelf. Amazing product. But I needed something similar for my own work, and didn't really want to foot the bill for a Redgate license. I found this package, and it does 85-90% of what I needed Redgate for, which was good enough for my needs.

I'm sure Redgate did a lot more than I used it for, but this other package works fine.

Like most every one else, I'm looking for ways to flag changes to databases and create scripts for migration to client's machines.

Visual Studio has a similar component, but I'm not as fond of it.

None the less, on a cost vs. features analysis, this project is tops.
