I love NoteBurner, not only for the product itself, but also for the excellent support team. Yesterday I met a registration problem which really pissed me off, thus I directly bought the product one more time. I wrote an e-mail to the support team about the problem. Unexpectedly, they refunded the order to me and told me that I may accidentally input a blank before the e-mail address or the code. I wasn't meant to ask for a refund. Much thanks for the kind service and hope everything goes well with NoteBurner.
I love M4V Converter Plus for Mac. I use it frequently to not only provide maximum access to purchased DRM protected iTunes video content, but also to be able to pull out excerpts from these files to use in presentations as well. This is the simplest tool of this kind that I have ever tried, and, better yet, it works every time exactly how I expect it to.
I'm fairly certain that Handbrake can't remove DRM from videos (which is the point of Noteburner, I think) but I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
