Comments and Reviews
I was looking for a light alternative to xnview to open JPG files. Based on comments on this site i narrowed it down to Nexusimage viewer and HoneyView image Viewer. In the end i chose HoneyView but i suggest you try them both out as both of these programs are magnificent.
Pros: Multi-Monitor Support. Keyboard shortcuts. Saves recent folder path BUT NOT last opened image. Has handy Thumbnails view side panel. Remembers Last window size. Supports Scrolling image Next, Previous with mouse. Option to Show in Windows Explorer. Able to open multiple instances. Uses very little system resources.
Cons: Too unstable on my system. Begins to hang after a certain period of activity and i have to terminate it. Another con is that it does not support dragging of image files unto its window. I have Windows XP SP3.
Tip: Adjust Desktop Dim Level to your satisfaction or you may not be able to view your desktop.
Really slick interface and very fast. Would be nice to have more customization, but still worth checking out.
