Pros:

  • asset management
  • dynamic structure
  • chat-based incident management
  • each new release contains some really good improvements
  • service desk communication nicely is done

Cons:

  • poor documentation
  • not enough information over the product on the website - they should improve it.

I like to use it a lot. Powerful chat feature connected with advanced asset management features. The only trouble I see in a current version is lack of advanced reporting.

Very powerful ITSM software. Might be complicated for a beginner. Very good customer support.

Very powerful. A quite complex solution for mid-size and even larger companies. The beginnings might be difficult but once you start using it - it's something worth considering. One of the best free service desks on the market.

I really enjoy Mint Service Desk v.2.0. Most of issues which existed in v.1.x.x. is gone and the overall user experience is great. One of the best service desks on the market. Also it's worth mentioning that it's free up to 5 agents.
