Originally created by Nils Hjelte, the Cocoa port of Irssi has recently fallen out of development and become website-less. Having aquired a copy of the source from Nils, this branch contains my gradual "improvements" to the original 0.8.2 release of MacIrssi.

What is MacIrssi?

Originally created by Nils Hjelte, the Cocoa port of Irssi has recently fallen out of development and become website-less. Having aquired a copy of the source from Nils, this branch contains my gradual "improvements" to the original 0.8.2 release of MacIrssi.

So far, this includes: Colloquy-style notification system. Improved support for alternative character encodings. Sleep/Wake support. New shortcut system, which can now bind IRC commands to any valid menu key combination. Perl Scripting support. Requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher.
