We switched to LiveAgent about 6 months from another chat software provider and have no regrets.

LiveAgent providers a much richer and more customisable chat solution for visitors to the David Salisbury Joinery Ltd website. The result is we have more engaged chats which better to better qualified sales leads.

The additional bonus is the loading speed of the chat widget. Our previous chat solution was slowly our site loading speed. Part of the reason for choosing LiveAgent was it had the best rating for load speed. We now enjoy 100/100 score for site loading speed: result!

We are generally OK with that but we lack some development. We feel like the service has not improved in last 2 years. Could be part that they are unable to communicate changes. Major issue is they don't support SSL unless you upload manually your certificates. They don't support auto-renewal so it's pain to renew certs every 6-12 months.
Online webchat is kinda poor and we rather use free tawk.io which is better.
We are also still on their old pricing $19 for 3 users but if they try to raise their prices there are better alternatives.

This is probably the best helpdesk software we have come across during last years. We were using Zendesk longer time, but we were not so satisfied like with LiveAgent. It is simple to use, nice-design software, which increases satisfaction and your profit will grow. We had a possibility to test the system for two weeks for free, which persuaded us to choose LiveAgent over other brands. It is very-friendly software for clients but also my agents, who reply to customers' requests. There are many features that LiveAgent offers, but other brands are missing. Customer support is performed by phone calls with agents, email communication, live chat and social networks. Everything is customizable. You can add custom fields and rules in no time. Very pleased using LiveAgent.

This is all in one integration email, chat, twitter and Facebook accounts are monitored in one single software. We have great advantage over competition because of powerful crm tool. Also ticket transfer for agents and departments is also great tool. LiveAgent is more than a helpdesk, it's a multichannel support hub that lets us manage several product brand and social media outlets all under one interface.

LiveAgent is an all in one solution and you don't to use third-party services or apps to get the job done. Support can be delivered through multiple channels like: online chat, support portal, email, contact forms, Facebook, twitter or phone. Which is much more then competitors can offer in this price range.
