Overall, we think it's a very good app with great abilities for a small business. However, it does have limitations that we wish could be rectified, like adding attachments from emails and integration with various email platforms and calendars.

We are still with LACRM and for the price, you can't really argue with the platform.

Looking forward to improvements in the near future.

I'm an independent business consultant and I've switched some of my clients to LACRM, as well as myself. It's uncomplicated and simple, but customizable enough to be the perfect fit for small to medium-sized businesses.

The features I love most are:

  1. Ability to BCC emails to record under a particular contact's/business' profile.
  2. Pipelines - For a banquet hall, I implemented these to track a customer's status for things like inquiry, signing of contract, collection of deposit, final payment, and feedback.

All of the other features work exactly the way I need to and their development team is always working on improvements. You almost don't notice how seamlessly they work, which actually means there was more effort put in on LACRM's backend. This is how it should be, right?

Also, their customer service reps rock! They respond immediately and not with those pre-written responses. They address exactly what you're asking about and work with you to solve an issue. It's never an "it is what it is" kind of response.

I have been using the Less Annoying CRM application for a two to three months now. I find it easy to use and customize to provide the kind of "check off" data I want on the lead page so that when I call on prospective clients it is a lot easier than taking specific notes, which must still be done of course, but a lot of info can be reduced to selecting from a list of options that I define.

The people at LACRM have been very helpful and in the beginning when I would send a "help me I am confused" message I would get very rapid responses and they were from principles in the company and they were even coming in on weekends.

They did this application very well and while I might have personally done a couple of things a little differently than they did, there is nothing I could have done better. I like it, I use it, I will continue to use it because I rely on it.

Great CRM so simple yet powerful!

I've been using LessAnnoying CRM for a few months now it has simplified my life, allowed me to plan my business, not miss any important appointments or follow-up calls and my CRM Calenda gives me everything I need to do each day in a simple email every morning before I start my day. To be honest it really simplifies my life both personally and for business! Wouldn't be without it and it's such great value!

Wonderful, user friendly, and efficient!

Prior to ordering LACRM, we were managing all of our catering contacts in an Excel spreadsheet. Purchasing LACRM has been a wonderful use of funds! It is user friendly and so customizable, which is awesome for our catering company! And I've been so impressed by their commitment to customer service. They are quick to respond to emails, and so thorough in their answers. Absolutely worth it!

AWESOME CRM!

This is an easy to use, easy to learn and inexpensive product.

I had purchased a different one and paid over $1000 for it a year earlier. I got no help and it was very difficult to use.

Since day one I got emails with tips. They gave me a free trial to see if it would work. If I have questions I get a response immediately. I tell everyone about this product. I would recommend it.

LACRM is an exceptional tool for our company. With multiple offices we can easily communicate our work load through tasks, set appointments and track all of our clients. Setup is easy, online help is responsive, new user videos to teach new hires how it works. It is affordable and scalable, easy to export, import, organize your contacts by groups and even add customizable fields. I cannot say enough great things about it. I looked at all of the other solutions out there and LACRM was by far the best.

Easy to use, fantastic customer service, low cost

I joined a small company last fall that wasn't using a CRM system yet. I did my research and did a couple of trials. LACRM was by far our first choice. The layout is simple and clean, the system is easy to use, and if there are any questions the client support is fantastic! Any questions that I have get answered so quickly with clear instructions and suggestions, all written in a very positive, supportive manner. I highly recommend giving LACRM a try!

LOW cost - HIGH functionality - very intuitive

I've been in the Customer Service and Sales space for over 30 years. I've used all sorts of CRM tools - seen them come and go. Was an early user of SalesForce. I'm also a repeat entrepreneur having started 5 businesses - all on a shoestring. Less Annoying CRM (or LACRM - which you will start calling it) is the most intuitive, easy to use tool I've found for my CRM needs. Inexpensive ($10/user/month - no contracts) with every bit of functionality I've needed - and then some. Imports, exports, groupings, customization, super flexible (add or delete users as needed), and most important EXTREMELY FAST AND HELPFUL SUPPORT. Seriously, I get answers from a real person within minutes. Tell them what you're trying to do and they'll tell you and/or point you to helpful videos, etc. (Online self-serve tools are also readily available, but frankly, its so much easier to communicate directly with them.)

This review sounds effusive- which I NEVER do - but I'm a legit user of LACRM, not an employee or other paid shill, and I am a serious believer in this product. It's been instrumental in helping me build my recent business, www.vibrantservice.com .
