Kaabyanan App

The Radyo Kaabyanan 88.5 FM is a Nutriskwela Community Radio Network of the National Nutrition Council (NNC) in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Sibalom, Antique that aims to disseminate nutritional and other developmental information. The Nutriskwela Radyo Kaabyanan envisions to be a catalyst on nutrition and community development. Radyo Kaabyanan was established in September 5, 2017 by the National Nutrition Council with the counterpart support of the Municipal Government of Sibalom under Phase V of the Nutriskwela Community Radio Network Program. At the time of its establishment, the prevalence of underweight among pre-school children was 9.47% and stunting at 17.9% (Operation Timbang, NNC). The DYNB- FM 88.5 RADYO KAABYANAN started its inaugural airing on 18 September 2017. The station is located at the Second Floor, Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Office, Sibalom Public Market, Tordesillas St., Sibalom, 5713 Antique. In the Kinaray-a dialect, “Kaabyanan” means “group of friends”.
