JuiceDefender saves battery power (lots of it!) by controlling the device data connection and/or WiFi.
You can schedule regular APN/WiFi activation to let background data sync occur and have APN/WiFi enabled while the screen is on. It also helps in minimizing distractions.
The Easy Mode is a no-fuss one-click way to let your battery last longer - much longer. Just enable JuiceDefender by clicking on the big button and youre ready to go!
If you want more fine-grained control, try Advanced Mode, where you can configure all JuiceDefender features to your liking.

JuiceDefender is a great bettery management app for android which is intuitive and highly customizable! You can setup schdules for sync, wifi/3G connection and so much more. Highly recommended!
JD is crashed on jellybean 4.3. But there is no support till now. Do not purchased paid version till fix the problems.
Same Issue!! I love Juice Defender but it stopped working after the last system update, quite a while back. I reached out to JD with no response which surprised me since it is a paid app (The version I had) and they have beta versions which would lead one to believe they're still developing it.
Anyways, I haven't been able to find a similarly effective program. JD, please fix that crap yo!
Worked fine for a while and seemed to be automatically shutting off unused battery-drains and then just started crashing on me repeatedly, so I removed it. Tested on Dell Streak w/ 2.2
