HelpCrunch is a fantastic tool for onboarding, supporting and retaining your users. We're using it to improve our initial onboarding experience (lending a helping hand at crucial steps), be there for users when they have a question and keep users engaged with our product.

I would highly recommend HelpCrunch their prices are very reasonable for new businesses. Their software includes everything you're looking for in a live chat. I was looking between Intercom and Crisp but HelpCrunch offers more features and a better designed admin panel which makes it a lot easier to get around the panel. Their customer service is awesome too with fast replies when you are stuck with an issue. 10/10 Definitely Recommended!!

Really good software to chat with customers on website and in iOS/Android apps!
I really like HelpCrunch. I spent less than 10 minutes to integrate and customize it. It's so customizable and looks really nice on our website. HelpCrunch has all features that we need and it works perfectly. I am really glad that we chose it for our website. I am going to integrate HelpCrunch into our mobile apps too.

The amazing and fast support team. Great funtions. Fantastic livechat design. The pricing is very good. Much better than alternatives like Intercom.

Amazing service with great functionality. Definitely a full suite of every tool a business may need to increase customer experience and support, upsell more products and increase conversion rate overall. Extremely satisfied with Helpcrunch and can't recommend it enough.

It's much cheaper than Intercom but has all bells and whistles we need.

All basic features of Intercom, but much more affordable. Support is outstanding!

Helpcrunch is one of the most advanced Livechat and customer experience application in the market. It comes with superb features and the best return on investment.

It is very easy to set up and as easy to use. The automation features, messaging and emailing let's you provide the best customer experience possible.

I wish I can integrate Facebook and Twitter with Helpcrunch.

It has increased our productivity and help convert the leads into sales.

HelpCrunch is a best solution for our customer support.

We've looking from alternatives Intercom. We saw Helpscout and Crisp. HelpCrunch became a best solution for our customer support:
Helpcrunch became a 7 x cheaper solution for our customer support compared to Intercom.

They don't have a help desk yet. But I was told they will soon.

I am one of these people who carry out a lot of research before going with a new supplier. I have been looking for a new live chat provider for a couple of weeks now. I had 3 main criteria. 1) Modern interface that could be rolled out across multiple sites. 2) Targetted Chats 3) Cost effective.

I am scared to think about how many website and trials I undertook, however, I finally chose HelpCrunch and I delighted that I did. Simple to set-up, plus it ticked all my criteria. I would certainly recommend.

p.s. when I did reach out to the team to ask any questions' I got a super quick, and helpful reply.
