We are using Heedbook for just 2 months so it's very difficult to assess its impact on our business, but an extensive video analysis is very useful for better understanding of our customers and their reaction to our sale scripts. We've already introduced several alterations and hope that it will make a beneficial effect. Quite good quality of speech and emotion recognition.

About cons, it takes time to understand all its functionality.

I've been looking for a complex solution for a long time and Heedbook meets all my requirements.
It helps me organize my office workload and avoid long queues. Before I started using Heedbook I regularly lost a third of my clients in that queues! So it is a crucial function for my business.

Also I use Heedbook's API in our local CRM system in order to create a comprehensive view on customers and understand customer reaction to special offers.

I think it's the best solution for retail today with an adequate price.
