GoodReader is a great way of managing pdf articles or books. The two-way sync makes highlighting and reading from a tablet very easy--you can export your notes back to a computer. You can set it to sync certain directories (which I often to with a tablet) or grab files individually (which I find better for the phone version). I haven't made much use of the dropbox sync feature, but imagine this could be really useful for sharing annotations in collaborative projects. You can also download an ebook from a browser within the app itself which makes it great for finding reading materials as well. Really made academic work a lot easier and is much more convenient than having to lug around a laptop just to have access to a single article. Wish I had found this and spent the $5 sooner.
