    1. Notion is another popular Evernote alternative. Available on the same platforms save for Linux operating systems, Notion has most of the features found in Evernote as well. In addition to these, Notion is robust, as it can also be used as a project management app, personal database, and a hub for public documentation. However, it lacks optical character recognition and camera capturing support for importing media. Many AlternativeTo users praise its interface as clean and sleek in comparison.

It manages to do more than any other note taker while feeling less cluttered than Evernote.

treeg Notion is the most powerful notes solution i've ever seen. Notes, lists, tables, styles, templates, levels. This app has dark theme. Free for mobile single users.

It's overall more intuitive, less cluttered and more functional than Evernote. This is the first note taking app I've enjoyed using from day one.

edapm It looks great, with a lot more features. Evernote is quite cluttered, whereas Notion's UI is really sleek.

It does almost everything better than Evernote, except the camera capture feature and lacks OCR.

matthisdrolet Most comprehensive note, to-do, project management, and archiving software I know of. After years of searching for a decent app to do almost all the things Notion does, I finally found it and it does even more! Updates come through regularly with new features, includes very generous free account, and paid unlimited version is very affordable!

Nimbus Note features an interface that is incredibly similar to Evernote's, but it has a few limitations in comparison. For one, it's not available for Linux or as a Firefox browser plugin. It also has a 100 MB limit for synced data and is not updated as frequently due to the development team's smaller size. Like Evernote, it does not encrypt data, so for those looking for a more private alternative, this likely isn't for you.

jasoncomely Nimbus Note is practically an Evernote clone - and a great app too (I use it often).

bibjasjs this is the closest program I have found that is a direct replacement for Evernote in both function and "feel". Support staff is excellent. There is even an Evernote Importer built in!

JohnFastman No Linux, no Mac client, no Firefox plugin. Your data rests unencrypted on US-based data centers in readable format. So all the privacy concerns of Evernote minus some of the convenience.

Nimbus has the potential to seriously challenge Evernote. I found it intuitive, easy to use with a beautiful and neat interface. Better than OneNote esp since it offers tagging.

Nimbus Note is for PC users, very simillar to Evernote. It is possible to import all information at once. If you are fine with 100 MB synced data it is free for any number of devices. It has very good online web interface, Windows app is nice, work offline but has some bugs in text editor (formatting) and has no updates for a long period. I cannot recommend Windows Metro App, it is unusable. For users, who prefer MS or Google and want to use images in their notes, is it possible way.
