Good help desk software for every budget

Before discovering Deskero we had been looking for an help desk software for quite some time, but with our budget we couldn’t find one that could make happy both the management and the customer care agents.

Deskero did the trick by offering us great analytic functions (with fully exportable reports and easy customization) and a very simple interface to work with. This software put ease of use first and foremost and learning how to use it is so simple. Also we fall in love with the social integration which is very smart and flexible, empowering every single agent to get in touch with the customer base.
