Concrete 5 used to be a very good CMS in the past – but version 8 is a mess. Two customer websites became so damaged that all I could do was reinstall them. And there are JavaScript errors in the backend, which make it hard to save changes.

Moreover, concrete5 in version 8 is such a fat system, that you have to upload around fifteen thousand PHP files to the web space. Okay, concrete5 is very, very flexible, and it is a powerful CMS, no question. But if that is to the detriment of stability and accuracy, I prefer a slimmer CMS that might require a bit more manual work.
