What is CoachCall?
CoachCall is a powerful app that lets you request a professional driver in a licensed and commercially-insured Black Car or SUV with a simple tap on your smartphone!
You can make your request “on-demand” or “in advance”, and the closest driver will be on his way to you. You can track their progress and ETA on the map.
CoachCall currently operates in the Metropolitan Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Suburban Maryland, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Charlotte NC, Charlottesville VA, and in Salt Lake City. CoachCall is rapidly expanding to over 50 metropolitan areas by the end of 2016.
You can conveniently use your same CoachCall app and account in all CoachCall markets.
REQUEST A LICENSED BLACK CAR OR SUV WHENEVER AND WHEREVER YOU NEED ONE
• “Book Now” or reserve “In-Advance” for that flight departure or important meeting • No need to “take a chance” that a car will be nearby • Select either a Commercially-Insured Black Car or SUV with a professional driver (no novices or moonlighters with their family car!) • All CoachCall vehicles are properly commercially-licensed with “For Hire” plates

• CoachCall continually maps your driver's location, route, and ETA • You can easily contact your driver by phone or text message
COMPLETELY CASHLESS PAYMENT SPEEDS YOUR EXIT AT YOUR DESTINATION
• Trips are automatically securely charged to your selected credit card on file • You can pre-arrange a standard “tip percentage” for all trips or decide to tip on a “trip-by-trip” basis. • You can rate your driver with a “thumbs up” or a “thumbs down” and provide driver feedback at your convenience.
