Plugin has been sold by original developer and no longer getting new features or proper support. Check the angry reviews on WordPress.org.

Awesome Support appears to be a dead end but there's a new but well-featured alternative for WordPress called SupportCandy (itself an iteration of WP Ticket a 4 year old plugin).
