You can change the duration as you like.
-

Overall it’s a great tool for transcribing video calls. The accuracy of transcripts is pretty good. I can focus exclusively on the meeting and count on the transcripts as reference documents without further correction. It can transcribe Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams meetings, but sometimes it takes me quite a long time waiting for the Airgram Bot to join the meetings, I hope developers can optimize the speed.
The Zoom auto-recording feature is awesome. It saves me lots of time setting up. No need to check my calendar now and then. The transcription accuracy is better than expected considering some of my colleagues have strong accent.
My experience using the transcription service is pretty satisfying. I focus more on engaging with those meeting attendees than before.
I used it for Google Meet and Zoom, and it offers me a fast and accurate transcript every time. And also, I can listen back to the audio recording at different speeds, and I can use the find-and-replace for fast editing.
Although it is a very early SaaS, still needs improvement. But so far, every functionality it offers has indeed enhanced my meeting efficiency.
I take better meeting notes thanks to killer features like AI subject, transcript drag & drop etc. The AI subject feature does a great job in putting keywords of different categories together. Easily browse names, places, numbers in one place. Plus, exporting transcription & notes to Google Docs, MS Word or Notion is super helpful. Getting to know who said what and when is so convenient when I need to review my calls with multiple clients.
Generally speaking, I enjoy Airgram because it helps my team (8) run online meetings more efficiently. But I do hope they will further improve the UX of Google Meet transcription.
Pros: Live transcription is my go-to feature. The accuracy & speed is pretty good. What wows me is the interactive design of dragging & dropping transcript block to the notepad section. It's a lifesaver for me. Besides, Zoom/GMeet/MS Teams are well supported, so it saves me tons of time switching between different apps for recording & meeting mgmt.
Cons: Compared to recording a Zoom call, the process of initializing Google Meet is a bit complicated. I have to download a Chrome extension first. Then open the Airgram web app to find the specific meeting I need to record and click start recording. While in Zoom, you just need to click once.
