Did you try
Fennec F-Droid ? It's a 100% foss version of Firefox for Android, you can download it on f-droid.
There is also
Mull a hardened fork of fennec with focus on Privacy so I would recommend this one over the PlayStore version of Firefox
For office viewing and editing I personnally use
Collabora Office as it's the only open source alternative I found to Microsoft Office on Android.
I prefer
DeepL Translator over Google Translate, since you want to avoid Google you should give it a try. IMO it's way better !
Hope you will find my recommendation helpfull ^^
Edit : Didn't know Musicolet looks cool as it doesn't has internet permission will take a look !
