Estas son algunas de las mejores aplicaciones de productividad que he usado en ambitos como mi trabajo, mi vida personal y mis proyectos.
Vivaldi is extremely customizable, presenting a wide range of settings and built-in features designed to put the user in control. Its Chromium-based engine makes it fast and compatible with most Chrome extensions, and Vivaldi removes the code that tracks users from it.
It includes fully customizable web browser behaviors, mouse gestures and keyboard shortcuts, Quick Commands, the usual unlimited Speed Dial page, notes that can also be synchronized with the browser data, a webpage screenshot tool, a panel for displaying and managing bookmarks, history, etc, where users can also add their own web panels; the ability to edit the browser theme and toolbars by moving or removing buttons from the interface, moving the tab bar to the side or and/or the address bar to bottom of the window; powerful tab management with tab stacking, tiling and the windows panel, etc...
Vivaldi offers a built-in ad-blocker and partners with DuckDuckGo for the tracker blocker. A Vivaldi account gives access to the browser data sync, the Vivaldi Community (blogging platform), support forums and Vivaldi Webmail.

Calibre is a free and open source e-book library management application made by users, for users. Many languages, designed around the concept of the logical book, i.e., a single entry in your library that may correspond to actual e-book files in several formats.
Calibre can sort the books in your library by title, author, date added, date published, size, rating, or series, along with extra metadata such as tags and personal comments. You can easily search your book collection for a particular book, based on any of this information. Calibre can also go onto the internet to find online books based on existing title/author or ISBN information.

"Everything" is an administrative tool that locates files and folders by filename instantly for Windows. Unlike Windows search "Everything" initially displays every file and folder on local or removable NTFS volumes on your computer (hence the name "Everything"), and on mapped network drives with ETP server and an everything installation too. You type in a search filter to limit what files and folders are displayed. 19 languages supported.
How can "Everything" index a mapped network drive? To search a networked computer you will need to run Everything on both computers. One computer will need to Start an ETP server. The other computer will need to connect to that ETP server.
To start an ETP server:
- In Everything, On the Tools menu, click Start ETP server.
To connect to an ETP server:
- In Everything, On the Tools menu, click Connect to ETP Server....
- Type in the ETP server name.
- Type in the ETP server port.
- Type in the ETP server user.
- Type in the ETP server password.
- Click OK.
Las aplicaciones de WPS son realmente competentes y un excelente complemento al office de Microsoft, por una licencia que se puede conseguir por 17 dólares en algunos sitios de internet usted tendrá un procesador de texto, de presentaciones y hojas de cálculo profesionales.
El verdadero valor añadido de esta aplicación está en su editor de pdf, perfectamente funcional para las tareas más comunes, es una navaja suiza de la productividad a la hora de editar los pdfs, transformarlos o comprimirlos.
Adicionalmente ofrece un respaldo en la nube donde tambien puedes continuar la edición de un documento directamente en la nube.
