  • Vue.js

Vue, is basically like PHP, but with some GUI. And it's not that hard to use.

  • Bootstrap

Free Self-Hosted CSS HTML5 Boilerplate JavaScript Website

Bootstrap is a open-source collection of tools for creating browser sites and applications. It contains HTML and CSS-based design templates for typography, forms, buttons, charts, navigation and other interface components, as well as optional JavaScript extensions.

Bootstrap has icons (that I use a lot). They look like apple icons and free on the MIT license. Bootstrap is also a css framework, with an handsome GUI.
