Ardentryst is an action/RPG sidescroller, focused not just on fighting, but on story, and character development. Strategy as well as reflexes will be needed to overcome the game. The game is set in another world. It is somewhat a cross between Donkey Kong Country, Mario, Castlevania and Kingdom Hearts. Ardentryst is focused on a fantasy world. The player is guided through a storyline which he or she must act in and play a major role in keeping peace and order in Ardentryst. It features two playable characters and a variety of weapons, items, armour, monsters, and beautiful level scenery and graphics.
Monster RPG 2 is a fun 2-dimensional Japanese-style Role Playing Game (JRPG). It will appeal to fans of classic console games like Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest. The game and story are quite simple which is probably what makes the game worth playing. It is not overly dramatic which can make story-telling games boring if not done well. Gameplay and commands are simple as well which is a plus for touch-screens. There are plenty of options and customizations to allow for a better feel on different platforms. Players can choose to control the characters using point-and-click, gamepad, or virtual gamepad.

Whenever the party runs into monsters the game will change to a special turn-based combat screen. If you defeat your foes, your heroes will gain experience and money. At first Iysayana is on her own, but during the adventure other heroes will join your party. The different characters have different abilities, e. g. one may be a healer and another one a warrior, so make best use of them.
