I don't know how Zoho defines "Real-time collaborative editing", but it certainly isn't the same as what I've come to expect using e.g. GDocs and GWave. In my view, "real-time collaborative editing" means that other users (including your-self if logged in from a separate location) can view the edits made by other users. This is certainly NOT the case with Zoho Notebook. Just open a note in two different browsers and you can see that it is not "real-time collaborative editing". -1 from me for false advertising.
