Zoho Mail Comments

Not bad for a free email service but very heavy

Zohomail itself is full of useful functionalities such as having your domain own email, planning delivery, filters, etc BUT it comes with a bunch of Zoho applications which makes its usability poor and slow when you don't need integrated CRM, chat, etc..
It's not only visual (these can't be hidden from your screen) but also makes everything like a real labyrinth.

The other site is ZOHO.EU. It is almost mirror of ZOHO.COM, but important difference is that ZOHO.EU doesn't require mobile phone when signing up for business email (email for domain)!

If you are referred to Zoho Mail by someone, both of you get 5 additional free users.

If you want me to refer you, send me a message with your email address.

My referral code is 1395617060101, but I'm not sure if that alone is sufficient to constitute a referral.

Very good service now

It is now almost 2 years since landroni's comments and I can say, as a zoho mail user, the reliability issues have largely gone away. Zoho is now a very robust platform. Is it perfect? Probably not - but is anything truly perfect in this imperfect world? Actually, if Zoho still has faults, I'm not aware of any - though I haven't been looking for any. I use it as my primary personal email and am very satisfied.

Originally I turned to it simply because I wanted an email address that was different than everyone else (gmail, yahoo, etc.). Zoho.com is short, easy to type and easy to remember. So I tried it and, after the period of poor reliability a couple of years ago, am now very satisfied.

Oh, well, Zoho Mail may provide many features similar to Google, but it's in no way ready for prime because of reliability. There are several quite obvious buggy aspects (read the most popular threads on their forums) that trail for months to years, and that they still manage to ignore or refuse to fix. Hold your horses and experiment to see if it fits your needs before definitely switching to Zoho.

Zoho Mail is sofar the best alternative that I found to Gmail. It emulates most of Gmail's functionality, is accessible via POP/IMAP and offers unlimited storage space. The interface is clean, provides integration with various other Zoho services, is ad-free and has a very helpful support service.
